Readiness Growth in a Real Class

Our Approach

Training That Starts From Evidence, Not Guesswork.

“One-size-fits-all training repeats what people already know and misses what they don’t. We teach to the real gaps.”

Community Impact

Indigenous Youth AI & Data Science Program

Our founding team developed a specialized curriculum in Artificial Intelligence, Ethical and Responsible AI, Data Science, Machine Learning and Python, and delivered it directly to Indigenous youth through a structured 14-week learning program. The program combined guided instruction, hands-on activities and applied projects, so students built practical skills through real-world data science and AI applications.

Questions

Training Questions

Do we need to do the readiness assessment first?

It is recommended, because it lets us focus training on your real gaps. You can also start with a discovery workshop and add the assessment later.

Can educators receive professional development credit?

Sessions can be structured to align with your school’s or district’s professional development requirements.

Is training delivered in person or online?

Both. We plan the format with each school or organization, based on schedules, location and group size.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. Many schools and organizations begin with a single workshop or a small pilot group before scaling up.
